Include your device, browser version, page address, what you expected, and what happened. A few reproducible steps are more useful than a large file attachment. Check Service status and Troubleshooting first.
Do not send passwords, recovery codes, session tokens, original game archives, or complete saves unless a specific, appropriate support process has been agreed.
Corrections and rights inquiries
Identify the page or material, explain the concern, and provide a way to follow up. We welcome corrections to version information and accessibility feedback. Response times are not guaranteed during development.
